Ingredients

0 portions
  • 2 cups almond, ground
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 envelopes low calorie sweetener

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
In a bowl, invert all the ingredients and mix them (do not insert the almonds yet).
Put the mixture in a blender and add the almonds little by little.
On a baking tray, place waxed paper and make your cookies.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and enjoy them!

PRESENTATION

With the almonds that you set aside you can decorate your cookies before baking with pieces of almond on top and when they are ready you can add a little low calorie sweetener to improve your presentation.
