Mango Jelly with Chamoy

Prepare for those who want more, this very original gelatin based on mango with liquid chamoy. The perfect combination but now made gelatin; It is acidite and has pieces of fresh fruit inside. Sure you will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of mango jelly for mango jelly cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water hot, for mango jelly cubes
  • 1 Cup of Water hot
  • 2 cups of liquid chamoy
  • 1/2 Cup of chilli powder
  • 1 Cup of mango
  • 8 envelopes of grenetina (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted
  • to taste of liquid chamoy to decorate
  • to taste of chilli powder to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the grenetine powder with the hot water until it is fully incorporated, pour into a rectangular mold and refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigeration and cut into medium cubes. Reserve in refrigeration.
    For the chamoy gelatin, blend the hot water with the liquid chamoy, chili powder and mango, blend until you have a smooth and smooth mixture. Add in the form of thread the grenetina, reserve.
    In a previously greased mold, add mango cubes and cubes of crystalline gelatin, pour the mixture that you liquified before, refrigerate until the gelatin sets. Desmolda and decorate with cubes of mango in the center, liquid chamoy and chili powder.

    PRESENTATION

    Add mango cubes to the center of the gelatin and liquid chamoy to serve.

    TIPS

    Use the indicated amount of grenetina, since the acidity of the chamoy and the mango will need enough to set very well.
