Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups milk, 350 ml
  • 3 cups marshmallow, mini or cut into small pieces, 200 g
  • 4 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1 Tetrapack container of egg whites San Juan®
  • enough marshmallow, to decorate

Preparation

In a container or bowl, mix the San Juan® Egg and beat until perfectly incorporated. Reservation.
Heat the milk in a medium saucepan for 2 minutes and add the marshmallows, mix for approximately 5 minutes until they dissolve. Add the San Juan® Egg without stopping beating; cook for 3 more minutes until the texture is thick.
Empty the San Juan® Egg whites into the tetrapack container and allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate and leave overnight.
Cut the container and remove the flan from the mold by carefully sliding it onto a plate.
Garnish with marshmallows.

PRESENTATION

Unmold from the tetrapack container and decorate with colored marshmallows.

TIPS

Make sure you don't stop beating when adding the egg to the marshmallow and milk mixture.
