Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Valencian winter melon, big
  • 1 cup fruit, to taste, chopped
  • 1 package pineapple jelly
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in 1/4 cup of water for 2 minutes, heat it in a water bath, or 20 seconds in the microwave, to dissolve it; let it cool.
In a pot heat 3 1/2 cups of water, when it boils, remove it from the stove, add the gelatin and the grenetina and move to dissolve them; reservation.
Cut the melon in half, remove the pulp and seeds; Divide the fruits in both halves and add the gelatin.
Refrigerate until the gelatin sets and when serving, revan the melon.

TIPS

Take advantage of the pulp of the melon: -Prepare the water of the day. -Lícuala and fill the little pails to make ice cubes; then, throw them in the lemon water. -Pick it and put it in the children's lunch. -Serve it at breakfast with cottage cheese.
