Ingredients

24 portions
  • 1 stick pending, 190 grams
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, 90 grams
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted (250 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Cut the matequilla and the cream cheese into squares.
In a glass bowl beat by hand or in a blender if you prefer, the cream cheese with the matequilla.
Once the two ingredients are incorporated, add the glass sugar little by little until the mixture is "spongy".
Finally add the essence of vanilla, here you could add vanilla pod if you wanted to give your bitumen a more intense flavor.

PRESENTATION

If you want to decorate a cake or cupcake with this bitumen, you can use some decorative or miserable sleeve (spatula).

TIPS

This bitumen can be used for breads, pancakes, cakes or cupcakes. If you want to store the bitumen in the refrigerator always remember to put plastic in the bowl so it does not get hard.
