Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Heat the milk, add the tablespoons of cornstarch.
Then the yolks of the egg whites are separated, the yolks are beaten and, from time to time, they are added to the milk, taking care not to cut them. Beat the whites until stiff until it is like meringue.
Sugar is added to the milk and cinnamon to taste. The preparation continues to be stirred.
The milk is removed from the fire, a rectangular container is placed or if they prefer they are placed in individual wells. Then meringue flakes are placed on top of the milk. And voila, you will get a beautiful presentation of your Nevada Milk.
