Preparation
Beat the whites and add the sugar little by little. As the egg whites have lifted, continue beating and add half of the glass sugar. Keep beating until you have hard peaks.
Add what remains of the glass sugar in an enveloping way.
Put the mixture in a pastry bag and on a tray with star paper make circles of the size you want.
Bake at 120ºC for about 30 minutes
