Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (356°F)
With a blender, add the butter, shortening and sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated.
Add salt and flour little by little, beat until you have a homogeneous mass.
Divide the dough into three bowls, add one green dye and another red dye.
Give rectangular shape to the three masses, stick with egg yolk and wrap with non-stick plastic, freeze for 10 minutes.
Cut the cookies, and place them in a previously floured and greased tray. Place a sparkle of chocolate in the center to simulate the national emblem.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Cool and enjoy
