These mini vanilla cakes are ideal for when you invite many people because they are individual portions, which makes it much more practical and original. Its fresh, colorful and creamy flavor will be a hit. And the best part is that if you do not like vanilla ice cream you can substitute it for the flavor that you like the most.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cups apple puree
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine Primavera® Kitchen Without Salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 8 balls Holanda® vanilla ice cream, at your service
  • 1 cup strawberry, slice

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Combine oatmeal, applesauce, Chantilly® Spring Margarine, chia and cinnamon. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
Divide the mixture in a mold for mini muffins (previously greased) and press with your fingers to form the bases of the cakes.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crisp and golden; let warm and unmold.
Assemble the tarts filling them with the Holland® Vanilla Ice Cream and decorate with the strawberries and serve.

TIPS

Change the flavor of Helado Holanda® for your preference.
