Because any time of the day, a coffee is like an indulgence to the soul, we share this recipe for Mocha Frapuccino that you can make with chocolate, coffee and milk.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • enough bitter chocolate, melted, to frost
  • enough chocolate sprinkles, to decorate
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough bitter chocolate, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the ice with the black coffee, chocolate syrup and milk until you get a consistency of frapuccino, set aside in refrigerator.
Frost the rim of the glasses with the melted chocolate, refrigerate a minute to lightly solidify and decorate with the chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate again to set completely.
Serve the frapuccino in the frosty glasses and decorate with whipped cream and a piece of chocolate.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

You can substitute whole milk for vegetable milk to make a lighter version.
