Preparation
Pour the milk into a medium bowl. Add powdered pudding mix and instant coffee granules. Beat this with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Gently incorporate half of the coverage.
Use a spoon to evenly distribute the mixture in six dessert plates; cover it with layers of chopped chocolate cookies and the remaining half of the cover. Crown the layers forming others with the remaining mixture of pudding and what remains of cover.
Refrigerate the dessert at least 1 hour before serving time. Save the parfaits that remain in the fridge.
