Preparation
Crush the cinnamon cookies in a plastic bag until you get a powder.
Mix with the melted butter and form a crust in a square mold of 20 x 20 cm. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
For lemon jelly, in a saucepan over medium heat heat the water and let it boil. Turn off and add the gelatin, mix well until there are no lumps. Pour into the mold and refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
For milk gelatin, heat the milk with the condensed milk until it boils over medium heat. Remove from the fire.
Hydrate the grenetine with water and add to the warm milk, mix until dissolved and cooled. Pour over the lemon jelly and put to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare strawberry gelatin in the same way as lemon. Chill and pour over the milk layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
Cut cubes with the help of a knife and serve.
