You can not miss this creamy cheesecake with cubes of cherry and lemon jelly inside, which will make you cut a great surprise. It is very easy to prepare and you do not need to bake.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups cookie, of Orange
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 on cherry jelly, 25 g
  • 2 cups Water, hot
  • 3 packages cream cheese, 190 gc / u
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u), hydrated and melted
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1/4 cups orange juice

Preparation

Process the cookies for 5 minutes until a fine powder is obtained. Mix with the butter in a bowl.
Pour the previous preparation in a cake mold and with the help of a spoon, spread and compress to form a base. Refrigerate
Dissolve the cherry jelly in hot water, pour over a refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Desmolda, cut cubes and reserve.
Repeat the above procedure with lemon gelatin.
For the cheesecake, beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream, the condensed milk, the orange zest, the orange juice gradually add the hydrated gelatin.
Pour over the biscuit base, and add the cherry and lemon jelly cubes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
