Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt Great Value®
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Yogurt Extra Special® style with honey
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Great Value®
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup carrot, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, combine flour with oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Reservation.
Beat the eggs until doubled and add the Greek Style Extra Special® Yogurt with Honey and Sugar.
Still beating, add milk, vanilla and carrots. Finally add the powders little by little and continue beating until completely integrated.
Pour the mixture into a mold for cupcakes with a layer or previously greased and floured.
Bake about 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven, cool and unmold.

Esta muy muy buena la receta, sólo como comentario tanto en el video como en la receta no ponen en que momento agregar el azúcar. Yo la pongo a batir con el huevo antes del yogurt. ;)
