This is a muffin that captures the flavors of both the chocolate in its dough and the coffee in its coverage. It is delicious and simple to make, it does not require great experience in the kitchen. It is perfect to take it in the dessert or in any meeting.

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 cup strong coffee, boiling
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 90 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee, instant
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 20 grams cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla


Preheat the oven to 145 degrees Celsius and place the cups of the muffins in their respective molds.
In the blender with the balloon mix the ingredients sector, which are: flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking soda and baking powder at low speed until they are all incorporated.
Take the warm milk and mix with the tablespoon and a half of vinegar and wait for it to cut. As the milk was separated add to the mixture of dry ingredients and beat until homogenized.
Incorporate the uni eggs by one followed by the oil, vanilla and finally the very hot coffee.
Raise the medium-high speed for 3 minutes and stop.
Spoon the dough into the cups until you reach 3/4 of its capacity.
Bake them for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
For the bitumen, add the butter in the blender , add the glass sugar little by little so that it does not skip.
Dissolve the 2 tablespoons of coffee in the 1/4 cup of whipping cream and add to the butter and sugar, add the yolk and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the Cocoa, the salt, the vanilla and beat until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Once the muffins ready anoint the bitumen or place it with a sleeve and a duya.


It can be accompanied by a cup of coffee.


You can sieve the ingredients sector if you want to improve the texture of the dough. If you want more coffee flavor in the dough add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in the hot coffee.
