Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 grams plum, no pit
  • 100 milliliters cognac
  • 50 grams cocoa, bitter
  • 240 milliliters Water, hot
  • 120 grams butter
  • 75 grams Sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Soak the plums in cognac.
Mix the cacao with boiling water and let cool. Beat the ointment butter with the sugar until you get a cream. Incorporate the eggs, one by one.
