Very rich muffins, with several options to eat (tastes are broken genres). Great to decorate with children or with friends (so that each one prepared his own to your liking).

  • 250 grams flour
  • 100 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 65 grams honey
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 15 milliliters oil, (preferably sunflower, but the one they have to fry is fine)
  • 10 grams royal baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 apples, (I use greens this time, but with the reds they are also rich)
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Beat the eggs (do not forget to put each egg first in a separate container, to verify that they are in good condition) and the sugar to incorporate well.
Add honey, salt (yes, salt ;-), is to accentuate the flavors) and cinnamon. Mix well.
Sift together the flour and the royal.
Incorporate milk and flour alternately into the mixture until it is well integrated.
Peel and split into small squares the apple and add it to the mix, beat just a little to integrate.
Put the cups in the molds and then the mixture, I recommend you do it with the spoon to serve ice cream ... it's very easy like that.
Leave in the oven for 25 minutes, then check that they are cooked and remove them to cool.


Option one to eat: as they come out, it's a very good option for people who do not like (or can not) eat a lot of sweet, it's also great as a breakfast moffin-muffin. Option two: add some sifted glass sugar on top


If they want to make them all natural, add an extra teaspoon of cinnamon.
