Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 cup White flour
  • 1/3 cups raw sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 envelopes chai tea
  • 1/3 cups coconut oil
  • 2/3 cups almond, peeled and chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the coconut milk without letting it boil and place the tea shawls for 8 minutes.
In a bowl mix the flours, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
Slowly add the coconut oil, the egg, the vanilla and the coconut milk already cold.
Finally add the almonds and mix well.
Place in molds for floured muffins or with saucers.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool.

PRESENTATION

Put them in a basket covered by a white cloth napkin.

TIPS

Once they are cold, you can sprinkle them with icing sugar.
