The eggs, corn, royal, butter, sugar and panela cheese are ground in the blender (the elotes previously cut from the bone, only the grains).
If the ears are dry, they are placed in the milk before being poured into the blender.
You put the mold for cupcakes (you may need more than 1) the butter with the ground bread and pour the mixture in half or 3/4 of each hole.
The mold is placed in a low oven for 1 hour to 45 minutes.
To decorate, sprinkle the icing sugar over the mini muffins once they have been removed.
