Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Place the dry ingredients in a refractory and set aside.
Blend the oil, milk, eggs, essence and sugar.
At the point of yarn go integrating the previous mixture to the dry beating with balloon of enveloping form.
Place the cups in the muffin pan and fill them with the mixture at 3/4 of its capacity.
Bake for 20 minutes, depending on the power of your oven, remember that if you put a stick to the muffin and comes out dry they are ready to be removed from the oven.
For the topping, beat the cream cheese until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Add the glass sugar little by little until you get a firm consistency or to your liking.
