I love everything that has apple and cinnamon and if it can be in a muffin with a cream cheese glaze better !! It is an excellent recipe to relax and pamper yourself and the best part of all is that it leaves a delicious smell when baked.

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 90 grams cream cheese, at room temperature


Preheat your oven to 175 ° C or 350 ° F and place the cups in the molds of your muffins. Sift 2 1/2 cups of flour together with the baking soda, baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt.
With your blender in medium-high speed, add the butter and sugar until the mixture is spongy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until each is intact. Add vanilla, flour mixture and yogurt. Mix perfectly.
Divide your mixture and pour it over each layer. Sprinkle your Strudel topping over the mixture and bake for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown and your toothpick comes out clean. Take your muffins out of the oven and let them cool before you remove them from the mold.
To finish, glaze your muffins and enjoy.
To prepare the Strudel Toping: mix the 2 1/4 cups of flour together with your 3/4 cup of mashed sugar and cinnamon. With the help of a mixture, 2 knives or even your hands, add the butter to form moronas.
To prepare your frosting, with the help of a balloon mix the icing sugar, milk and cream cheese.


If your glaze is too thick you can add more milk, or on the contrary, if you feel very liquid you can add more sugar or more cream cheese.

Y la manzana?? Hola, se ven muy buenos, pero la receta dice Muffins de Strudel de Manzana y Canela, pero ni en los ingredientes ni en la preparación menciona la manzana, si lleva o no?
