This is an excellent recipe, easy, very rich and very economical, I hope you like it and that when you do it you will like it as much as we like my friends and my family.

  • 100 grams butter
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 100 grams walnut, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 apples


First we put to preheat the oven to 180ºC, they must also remember that we have to have all the heavy ingredients and at hand so that we do not forget any, perfectly clean hands like the place where we are going to work. First we peel the apples and cut them into small squares, so that they do not rust, we can put them in a bowl with sparkling water or normal water. Beat the butter with the sugar to the point of ointment, add the eggs one by one, then add the grated lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and walnut, when everything is perfectly mixed, add the flour and the chemical yeast previously sieved gently and there we go adding the milk little by little, and in the end we add the apples that must be very well drained and mix carefully.
We put the special muffin capsules in a mold that is also special for this, we are putting our dough up to 3/4 parts of the capsule, so that at the time of baking we do not spill, we put them in the oven for 25 min. Never open before it has been at least 15 minutes. if they will not be lowered and they will be ruined.
When they take about 20 min. We must always cersiorarnos pichándolos with a stick or a stick for skewers and if we see that it comes out clean. is that they are already, do not leave much more time since they can be very dry. If you do not like lemon zest, you can substitute it. I also want to tell you that you can put pieces of chocolate, or change the nut for another dry fruit that you like.
