Apple Muffins with Pineapple Sirop

Delicious muffins with apple chips bathed in pineapple sirop. Spectacular to share in the snacks if you do not want to place the sirop you can accompany it with ice cream.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 100 grams margarine
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups walnut, ground
  • 1 cup apple, chopped into small squares
  • 1/2 cups raisin, (let them soak in water for half an hour) and then drain
  • syrup, of pineapple in pieces

Preparation

Place the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, walnuts in a bowl.
In another bowl beat the eggs with sugar and oil using a wooden spoon.
Add to the previous mix little by little, the ingredients of step one.
Then add apples and raisins.
Finally add the previously melted butter. And unite all the ingredients.
Place in the molds.
Take the oven for about 30 minutes before the oven is heated to 180ºC.
When they are ready let cool and then place the pineapple candy on top or accompany with your favorite ice cream.
