Ingredients

18 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 of Salt
  • 2/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of whole milk
  • 3/4 of Cup of chocolate chip
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter at room temperature

    Preparation

    Beat the butter with the sugar until it is fluffy.
    With a fork, crush the banana to have a puree. Mix with the egg, sugar, vanilla and milk. Add to the butter and beat until it is integrated.
    In another bowl, mix all the dry, flour, baking powder and salt. Integrate little by little the banana mixture. Do not overcoat, only until all ingredients are well integrated.
    Add the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into muffin molds with a crock
    Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.
