Ingredients

7 portions
  • 3 bananas, mature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 sticks unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • cubes milk chocolate
  • walnuts, chopped to taste

Preparation

With a clean hand, mix the sugar and bananas until they are pureed. Add the butter at room temperature and keep mixing.
Add the eggs to the mixture and stir now with a wooden shovel, add in this step the chocolate and the nut in order to make it easier to mix all the ingredients.
Add the pinch of salt and the bicarbonate, continue stirring and add the 2 cups of flour (previously sifted) little by little and integrate with the previous mixture.
Apply a little spray oil to the 7 molds, and empty the mixture taking care that there is one centimeter below the edge of the molds.
Bake at 190 ° C or 374 ° F for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

TIPS

If you do not want to add walnut or chocolate, make a cover with 1/2 cup of icing sugar and half a lemon. Pour the mixture over the muffins still hot. Let it harden a little and serve.
