Ingredients

24 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 cup banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 275ºC.
Melt the butter a little, or make it at room temperature.
Chop the walnut and crush the bananas.
In a bowl add the dry sifted ingredients, flour, sugar, royal, baking soda and salt.
Then add the butter, eggs and vanilla, and mix it with a blender and mix well add the banana and yoghurt and beat again until everything is well incorporated.
At the end add the oats and walnut and mix with a spatula or a spoon.
Prepare the molds with the caps. And they get into the oven for 30 or 40 minutes.
