Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams oil
  • 190 grams sugar
  • 1 cup Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 160 grams milk
  • 8 grams liquid vanilla
  • 60 grams dehydrated cranberry
  • 60 grams frozen blueberry
  • 8 grams baking soda

Preparation

Beat the egg, oil, sugar, milk and vanilla.
Add the flour for Gamesa Hot Cakes and the baking powder in 2 portions. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the cranberries and blueberries and incorporate gently, making sure the blueberries do not fall apart.
Pour into the previously greased molds and bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.

TIPS

Be sure to let them cool so they do not taste raw.
