Delicious muffins full of flavor of red fruits and a touch of walnut; that will fill your palate with sweetness in those coffee evenings or enjoy them alone.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • pending
  • 200 grams butter
  • 240 milliliters milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams flour
  • 20 grams yeast
  • 280 grams brown sugar
  • 250 grams walnut, chopped
  • 350 grams cranberry
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

First wash the cranberries well and let them sit in a bowl.
Apart we mix the melted butter, the milk and half the sugar, then add the flour, eggs, the rest of the sugar, the yeast, the vanilla essence and the cinnamon and we remove everything without leaving lumps.
Then add the cranberries and walnut and stir; to fill with this mixture the molds of our muffins.
We sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top and put them in the oven at 190ºC for 25 minutes.
