This is a recipe for fruit muffins crystallized with nuts that we prepare at home several times a year, they are very appreciated for their delicious flavor and they can be kept for many days.

Preparation
Preheat the oven. Put to soak the raisins in the rum.
Cut the crystallized fruit into pieces.
Beat the butter with the sugar until acremar.
Add the eggs one by one while stirring and add the flour previously cast with the baking powder.
Drain the raisins and together with the crystallized fruit roll in the flour, add the pasta and add the chopped nut.
Vermouth and milk are added little by little.
Mix the pasta well so that the fruit is distributed.
Spoons of the mixture are put in the red paper cups that are put in the special muffin molds filling them a little more than half. (2 trays for 12).
They are put in the oven and left to cook for approximately 30 minutes. Cooking is checked by inserting a toothpick into the center of the muffin.
They are removed from the oven and allowed to cool.
