Delicious recipe of muffins with a rich combination of juicy pieces of pear and the pleasant taste of the nut with crunch cover, I love making them because they are very easy to make.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare the muffin molds with paper cups.
In a bowl we mix the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
In the blender beat the eggs with the oil, add the natural yogurt and vanilla, beat perfectly.
Add the dry ingredients little by little, and make a homogeneous mixture.
The pears are disheartened and are divided into small squares and added to the previous mixture with the nuts, and without stirring we stir perfectly.
On the other hand we mix three tablespoons of mashed sugar with a few chopped nuts and cinnamon, which will be the crunch cover.
Fill the cups with spoonfuls of the mixture, taking care not to exceed more than 3/4 of the capacity. Sprinkle the muffins with the cover.
Bake at 180ºC for 20 to 25 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown or if a pallillo is placed in the center, leave it clean. Once cooked let cool.
