These muffins combine the distinctive flavor of pistachios combined with the tropical flavor of the coconut, unique flavors that ensure an incredible result every time you cook them. Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups almond, Toasted and ground (with shell)
  • 1/3 cups pistachio, (ground and without peel)
  • 1 cup sugar, granulated
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/3 cups pistachio, chopped for decoration

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Toast the almonds and pistachios for approximately 8 minutes. Once roasted, use a food processor or blender to grind them until you get a homogeneous mixture of particles.
In a separate bowl, place the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix. Add the eggs, the sour cream, the vanilla and the mixture of almonds and pistachios to this mixture. (Mix with the blender ).
Finally, add the coconut cup and continue beating until the mixture is homogeneous.
Baking spray is placed in the muffin pan or muffin paper. Add the mixture and bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes or until a wooden stick comes out completely clean.

PRESENTATION

For presentation you can sprinkle some minced pistachios when they have just left the oven to stick. Similarly, they also go well with whipped cream.

TIPS

Take care that the almonds and pistachios do not go over roasting in the first step, as it may change the flavor of the recipe.

Disculpen yo quiciera saber q tipo de harina se ocupa porque los cup cakes se hacen con harina suave nunca eh hecho muffins por eso quiciera saber q tipo de harina ocupar porque en la receta no se especifican
