Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peach in syrup, in cubes
  • whipped creams, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl hover all dry ingredients: flour, royal carbonate and salt.
In another bowl mix the sugar and the cream until you get a spongy mixture, add the eggs one by one and then the cheese and vanilla until you have a beautiful soft and spongy mixture. Finally, add the peaches and a shovel mix in an enveloping form .
Finally put your mixture in greased molds or with pots if you wish. And put them in the oven at 190ºC for 35 or 40 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Already cold Decóralos with whipped cream and a few pieces of peach and give them life with something green like a leaf of fresh mint.

TIPS

If you fry the flour more than once you will see that the texture is much more spongy and sueve.
