My children wanted something different to take to school and that morning I would prepare them hot-cakes and to take advantage of the ingredients add pieces of toasted bacon and I made them in muffin.

Preparation
Grease and flour the muffin molds.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the butter until it softens and add the sugar completely incorporated.
Add the eggs one by one and beat well.
Add the flour alternating with milk and vanilla until finished, take care to finish with flour.
Finally add the bacon stirring well.
Pour into previously prepared molds and bake at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
Unmold when they are still warm.
