Ingredients

7 portions
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • 1 cup yogurt, natural
  • 40 grams sunflower seed, toasts
  • 40 grams cranberry
  • 150 milliliters milk

Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl. Reserve.
Acremer the butter in the blender , add the sugar. Finally add the egg and beat until integrated.
Add, alternately, the sifted ingredients and the yogurt, continuing to beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the grated cheese, seeds and blueberries.
Use a silicone mold or special for cupcakes or pancakes, fill up to 2/3 parts each cavity, tap the mold against the table to ensure you have no air.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes, do the stick test to make sure they are not raw.

PRESENTATION

When presenting it you can put around seeds or nuts.

TIPS

Before filling the molds you can wet them a little so that they can be demolished faster or use the typical pots.
