Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flours
  • 3/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of wheat germ
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of soybean oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg milled
  • 1/2 Cup of raisin

    Preparation

    In a bowl put oats, flour, sugar, wheat germ, nutmeg, chopped nuts, raisins.
    Beat the eggs, oil, honey and vanilla in the blender . Only to integrate the ingredients well.
