This is my favorite muffin recipe because it has a very peculiar flavor and is pleasant to any palate. It is made with oreo cookies, with a chocolate chantilly decoration.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 120 grams of flour sifted
  • 4 spoonfuls of baking powder
  • 3 spoonfuls of cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 120 milliliters of yogurt
  • 12 Oreo cookies without the filling
  • chantilly cream of chocolate
  • 12 Oreo cookies with filling

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC, accommodate the cups in the muffin molds.
    Beat the softened butter at room temperature together with the sugar.
    Add the egg yolks one by one, reserving the egg whites for later. Also add vanilla now.
    In a separate bowl mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder all previously sifted. Then add it to the dough, beating everything together very well. Beat again make sure everything is well integrated and now incorporate the grated oreo.
    Turn up the whole speed of the blender and gradually add the natural yogurt and beat until you mix everything perfectly and obtain a homogeneous mass.
    Finally beat the egg whites in snow and integrate it into the soft dough and wrap so that the muffins come out spongy.
    Divide the dough with the help of an ice cream scoop inside the cups without filling them completely remember that they tend to increase their volume.
    Bake at 120 degrees for 15 minutes or until the tip of a toothpick comes out clean.
    Once the time has passed, remove the bread rolls from the oven and allow to cool, while they cool down. beat the chantilly to make the bitumen. Once cold place the chantilly in a sleeve with curly duya and decorate the muffins. He places an oreo cookie on top.

    PRESENTATION

    You can use for decoration cherries or nuts.

    TIPS

    For the chantilly to have a good flavor you can add liquid chocolate and a splash of brandy.
