Delicious raisin, chocolate and cherry muffins, homemade, easy and quick to prepare. I made them once for Christmas, with ingredients that are truly rich and I loved them, since then I make them for sale and for my family!

Preparation
Beat the margarine with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs one by one, then alternate the flour with milk and finally add the rum, vanilla and lemon or orange zest.
Empty in large muffin molds.
Add sparks of bitter chocolates, black raisins and cherry pieces to taste.
Take to the oven for approximately 45 min.
