These muffins with melted cheese and crispy bacon are the perfect combination to eat as a snack or entree. They are delicious and eating them fresh from the oven is a delight!

Preparation
In a pan fry the bacon until golden brown. With a napkin remove the excess fat. Reserve.
Preheat oven to 200ºC.
In a deep bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and baking powder.
Apart in a deep dish mix liquid ingredients: milk, egg and melted butter until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture of liquid ingredients into the container of dry ingredients. Mix until well incorporated all the ingredients.
Incorporate the grated cheese in an enveloping way.
Finally, incorporate the bacon in an enveloping way.
Grease a mold for 6 muffins.
Pour the mixture into each mold until it is 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes.
