My recipe for muffins is different since I wanted to experiment with new flavors I wanted to make a sweet-salty but I love the taste of peppers with cheese so I decided on a stuffing of peppers with fetta cheese and giving the special touch of the taste of olives .

Ingredients

12 portions

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 1 egg
  • 60 grams bell pepper
  • 40 grams green olive, pitted
  • 60 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 40 grams feta cheese, grated

Preparation

First preheat the oven to 190 ° C for 5 min. prepare the mold with the capacitors for 12 units.
In a pan, sauté the peppers in butter with a little salt and crushed black pepper.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

It is recommended to cook the peppers in little so that they have flavor and that flavor that you release will be given to the mixture of the muffins. Sprinkle cheese gives better flavor to the crust that is on top.

Que cantidad de aceite de oliva lleva la receta No encuentro la cantidad necesario de aceite de oliva, y me da mucho pesar pues la receta  esta muy buena
