Fluffy and delicious Vanilla-Strawberry Muffins. Since I was very little I liked to make desserts but I had few opportunities to make them, but now my twins are my motivation to make delicious and delicious desserts, which I am sure one day they will love.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 120 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 12 strawberries, (6 chopped in squares and 6 in halves)
  • mint leaves

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200ºC (moderate-strong).
In a bowl sieve the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then the milk, the melted butter and the vanilla essence.
Add slowly to the flour container, mixing with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients have been well integrated.
Add 6 strawberries in squares.
Fill the muffin cups up to 2/3 of the total and bring to the oven for 20 minutes, until they are golden and firm to the touch. Put a knife in and see that it comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

Finally sift with icing sugar and garnish with 1/2 strawberry and mint leaves each muffin.

TIPS

The sugar crystal in the preparation and the final adornment also with the sugar glass is very important.
