Try this rich recipe for Neapolitan flan, everyone's favorite dessert! Indulge young and old with this delicious flan that you can make perfectly without the need to turn on the oven. You will love this easy recipe.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • water
  • strawberry, in halves, to decorate
  • raspberry, to decorate
  • cherry, to decorate
  • flower, to decorate

Preparation

Place the sugar in a pot and cook over low heat for 10 minutes until it forms a caramel.
Place the caramel in a cake tin and reserve.
In a blender add the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, the half cream, the egg and the vanilla. Blend for 5 minutes until everything is completely mixed.
Add the mold to a larger saucepan, add the falan mixture in the mold and cover with aluminum, with the help of a jug add little by little water to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, taking care that the water does not run out. Let cool 1 hour.
Serve on a plate and garnish with strawberry, cherry, raspberry and flowers. Enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with fruits and mount on an extended plate.

TIPS

You can bake by placing the mold on a tray in a bain-marie and bake at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
