Preparation
Blend cream cheese with eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla.
In a bowl, spread the caramel on the sides and bottom of the container.
Then add the previous mixture in the container and cover with aluminum foil.
We cook in a bain-marie, in an express pit we put a little water to introduce our container with the mixture so that no water arrives in the top part of the mix container.
Cook for 45 minutes, count as soon as the water starts to boil.
Once it is removed from the heat and allowed to cool.
To finish it is demoulded and refrigerated.
