Preparation
For the crust, in a food processor, process the cookies with the cinnamon, the lemon zest and the butter until it becomes a dough.
Place the mixture in small molds for tarts and with a spoon press until covered completely. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the filling, blend the condensed milk with the Media crema, the evaporated milk, the lime juice, the vanilla and the melted unflavored gelatin.
Fill the tarts with the lemon cream and refrigerate until set. Remove from the mold, decorate with fruits and serve.
