This easy recipe needs very few ingredients, the base is cream cheese mixed with the traditional sweets from Nuevo Leon, melted glories. It has a delicious base of cinnamon cookie with toasted walnut that gives it an amazing crispy touch. If you are a lover of Glorias, learn how to make a Glorias Cheesecake without an oven that you will love. The glories are made from goat's milk burned with sugar and nuts. It is a creation of the state of Nuevo Leon which has become very popular for its exquisite taste throughout Mexico.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cups cinnamon cookie, ground, for the base
  • 1 cup walnut, ground, for the base
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar, for the base
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the base
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the base
  • 1 teaspoon sea ​​salt, for the base
  • 4 cups Glorias Las Sevillanas®, for the cheesecake
  • 4 cups cream cheese, for the cheesecake
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the cheesecake
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cheesecake
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, melted and hydrated, for cheesecake
  • enough dulce de leche (caramel), to decorate
  • enough Glorias Las Sevillanas®, chopped, to decorate

Preparation

For the base, in a bowl mix the biscuit with the walnut, the mashed sugar, the melted butter, the cinnamon and the salt of sea until forming a cake dough. In a cake mold of 20 cm in diameter with waxed paper, pour the previous preparation and with the help of a flattened spoon until it is uniform, reserve in refrigeration.
For the cheesecake, in a bowl place the glories and melt in the microwave for 20 seconds. In a bowl beat the cream cheese until it softens, gradually add the melted glorias, the whipped cream, the essence of vanilla and the gelatin in the form of thin streaming. Place the previous preparation upon the cookie base, refrigerate until solid.
Desmola the cheesecake, place the dulce de leche on a sleeve with curly duya, decorate with the dulce de leche and the glorias. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with pieces of dulce de leche and glorias.

TIPS

Before pouring the gelatin, remember to temper it with the preparation so you avoid lumps, if the preparation is lukewarm it will be easier to integrate the gelatin. Remember that if you add too much gelatin, it will lose the consistency of Cheesecake and resemble more of a jello.
