Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups of wheat flours
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 2/3 cups of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoonful of Apple vinager
  • 2/3 of Cup of oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup of dark chocolate molten
  • 1 Cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup of vegetable margarine for the frosting
  • 2 cups of powder sugar for the frosting
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the frosting
  • 1 1/2 cups of cocoa for the frosting
  • to taste of raspberry frozen, to decorate
  • to taste of Strawberry cut in half, to decorate
  • to taste of pistachio chopped or in pieces to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (350°F)
    In a bowl, sift the flour with the cocoa, the salt, the baking soda and the sugar.
    In another bowl mix milk with vinegar, oil and vanilla with a balloon whisk. Add the powders little by little and add the melted chocolate and chocolate chips.
    Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 20cm (8 inches) diameter cake pan, bake for 50 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool.
    For the frosting, in the blender, add the margarine, the powdered sugar, the vanilla essence and the cocoa, beat until you get a smooth and creamy frosting.
    Cover the cake with the frosting, decorate with frozen raspberries, strawberries and pistachios.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with frozen raspberries, strawberries and chopped pistachios.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate the cake before spreading the frosting. Remember not to remove the cake from the mold until it's very cold, because it can crack or break.

    Le pongo 4 por q no conseguí el chocolate amargo ni las chispas de chocolate amargo sin leche. Si me pudieran orientar en dónde las consigo. Gracias
