Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 Paté Brisée pastry dough
  • 4 golden apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 100 grams almond, ground
  • 1/4 cups Calvados liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon almond
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Preparation

Prepare the pasta brisée and put it in the cake mold. Chop with a fork lightly in several places. Heat the oven to 350ºF.
Split the apples in half, remove the heart and make many thin superficial cuts in the curved part. Distribute them over the dough, with the cuts up.
The almonds can be pulverized in the food processor. Mix the eggs, cream, Calvados, flour and almonds in a blender. Put this mixture on the apples and sprinkle with the sliced ​​almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cake is curd and lightly browned.

PRESENTATION

You can sprinkle it with icing sugar and serve it with vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

It can also be done with pears.
