Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the candy
  • 1/3 cups Water, for the candy
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 300 grams nougat, 2 tablets
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup almond, filleted, to decorate
  • 2 branches peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Heat the sugar and water in a pot, and let it cook until a caramel is made over low heat, about 7 minutes without moving.
Pour the caramel into a mold for flan and spread. Let it cool.
For the flan, milk liquefies, eggs, sugar, nougat tablets and vanilla.
Pour into the mold with caramel and bake in a bain-marie for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Chills and releases.
Garnish with toasted sliced ​​almonds and fresh mint.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

Be careful not to burn the caramel, since it reaches high temperatures, keep it at low heat.
