Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Heat the sugar and water in a pot, and let it cook until a caramel is made over low heat, about 7 minutes without moving.
Pour the caramel into a mold for flan and spread. Let it cool.
For the flan, milk liquefies, eggs, sugar, nougat tablets and vanilla.
Pour into the mold with caramel and bake in a bain-marie for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Chills and releases.
Garnish with toasted sliced almonds and fresh mint.
