This delicious cold Cheescake without Nutella oven, is the easiest and quickest dessert to prepare. Take a base of chocolate cookies with a cheese filling with Nutella and a chocolate coating. The consistency is smooth and creamy, perfect for this dessert.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie, for the base
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the base
  • 2 tablespoons nutella, or hazelnut cream, for the base
  • 3 cream cheeses, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups nutella, or hazelnut cream
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 1/2 cups bitter chocolate, for coverage
  • 1/2 cups milk chocolate, for coverage
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for coverage
  • 1/4 cups butter, for coverage

Preparation

In a bowl mix the chocolate cookies with the melted butter and Nutella. Form the base of the cheescake into a cake pan and flatten until completely uniform. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Reservation.
In a bowl, add the cream cheese with the Nutella, pour the melted grenetine in the form of a thread, mix and cover the base of the biscuit. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Heat a pot with water and place a bowl, add the ingredients of the cover and mix until completely incorporated. Chill slightly and pour the cover over the cheescake. Refrigerate 30 minutes more, decorate with strawberries. Cut and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the Cheescake and decorate with some cut strawberries to make it fresher.

TIPS

If you want a slightly less sweet cake, prepare the cover with only bitter chocolate.

No especifican la cantidad de agua para disolver la grenetina ni los gramos por sobre de esta (son 7), tampoco si la leche lyncott (crema para batir/nata de leche) se incorpora fría, a temperatura ambiente o ligeramente caliente). Mi base de galletas resultó extremadamente quebradiza, siguiendo al pie de la letra la receta. Ojalá tomen en cuenta las opiniones de los usuarios, porque es una buena receta.
