Preparation
In a bowl mix the chocolate cookies with the melted butter and Nutella. Form the base of the cheescake into a cake pan and flatten until completely uniform. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Reservation.
In a bowl, add the cream cheese with the Nutella, pour the melted grenetine in the form of a thread, mix and cover the base of the biscuit. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Heat a pot with water and place a bowl, add the ingredients of the cover and mix until completely incorporated. Chill slightly and pour the cover over the cheescake. Refrigerate 30 minutes more, decorate with strawberries. Cut and enjoy.
