Ingredients

30 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 4 eggs, whole
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 1/2 cups almond, chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisin, or any other fruit

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180
In a bowl mix oats, sugar and salt and set aside.
Melt the butter and let it cool, add the eggs premixed with the vanilla and mix all this very well.
Add to the above, the mixture of oats, sugar and salt and nuts (walnuts, almonds, blueberries, etc.) or to taste, stir everything perfectly until a mixture is not thick.
On a cookie sheet, on wax paper, empty spoonfuls of the mixture with a separation between each spoonful.
Bake for 20 minutes or when they are golden brown crisp, let cool and enjoy them, they are delicious!

TIPS

They are ideal to give in cellophane bags with a nice ribbon.
