Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 pears, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

In a pan fry the margarine with the pears, sugar, ginger and cinnamon for five minutes.
Apart, beat in a bowl the egg whites until they are about to nougat. In another bowl pour the whites with the flour and the vanilla extract, mix perfectly.
In a refractory it accommodates the pears and pours over the mixture of whites; bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until firm. Serve it
